Reporting a Lost or Stolen Wayex Card: Step-by-Step Guide

How to report a lost or stolen Wayex Visa card through the app:

  1. Sign in to the Wayex app.

  2. Tap on the "Cards" tab.

  3. Look for "Card Controls".

  4. Tap on "Report card as lost or stolen".

  5. Follow the prompts to complete the process.

  6. A new physical card will be sent to your previous delivery address. You will receive your new card within 14-21 business days.


To freeze your Wayex Visa card from unauthorised transactions:

  1. Sign in to the Wayex app.

  2. Tap on the "Cards" tab.

  3. Look for "Card Controls".

  4. Tap on "Freeze your card".

  5. Follow the prompts to complete the process.

  6. You can unfreeze your card at any time by following the same steps and tapping on "Unfreeze your card".


How to change your Card Pin:

  1. Sign in to the Wayex app.

  2. Tap on the "Cards" tab.

  3. Look for "Card Controls".

  4. Tap on "Set Pin".

  5. Follow the prompts to complete the process.


Additional tips:

If you are unsure whether to report your card as lost or stolen, it is always best to take the side of caution and report it.
