With the Wayex Card, you can use your crypto anywhere that accepts VISA, both in-store and online, whether in Australia or overseas. We've created a visual guide to help you order your very own Wayex Card

How to order the Wayex Card

1. Tap on "Cards"

2. Tap "Order Physical Card"

3. Please read over the limits & fees and if you are happy to proceed, tap "Order Physical Card"

4. Ensure you have enough funds in your Wayex wallet to cover the card fee. You can "Top Up" to deposit funds and you can use the drop down arrow to select the right currency to purchase the card. Once you are ready to pay, tap "Pay"

5. All done! Your card should arrive in the next 2-3 weeks and you can track the delivery progress by looking at the Delivery Status.

Activate Physical Card

When you receive your physical Wayex Card in the mail, simply tap 'Card Arrived?' and follow the prompts to activate it. You'll need to enter the last 6 digits of the physical card to activate your card.

​Order fee

The physical Wayex Card incurs a $14.99 order fee, while digital Wayex Card via Apple Pay and Google Pay are free.

After activating your Wayex Card, you can easily add it to Apple Pay or Google Pay

Choose which crypto to spend

You can choose which cryptocurrency to spend, and you can also spend AUD

Card controls

The 'Freeze Card' feature lets you temporarily stop all spending on your Wayex Card if it's lost, preventing unauthorised use.

Reporting a lost or stolen card allows you to notify us immediately if your physical Wayex Card is lost or stolen. We'll freeze the card to prevent further transactions and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
