ACTIVATING YOUR CARD
You must ACTIVATE your Wayex Prepaid Visa Card before use. To activate your card:
Go to the Card screen in your Wayex App
Select “Activate your card now”
Enter the last 6 digits of your card and wait for confirmation that your card has been activated
LOADING FUNDS ONTO YOUR CARD/ WALLET
You must load your own funds onto the Wayex App before using the card. To do this, you will need to either:
Deposit your selected crypto into the Wayex wallet
Buy crypto through the Wayex app
You will also be able to load and spend your AUD balance from within the app. Once you have crypto or AUD in Wayex App. You will be able to select the currency you wish to spend from the card tab within the app. Whatever balance is shown with the currency you select will be the balance you have available to spend.
PIN
Your card PIN will need to be set up in the Wayex App.
This can be done in the Card tab after activating your card and selecting “Set Pin”. You will be required to set a new pin code and once set, select “done”.
USING YOUR CARD
Once loaded, you can use your card wherever Visa is accepted, online and in-store, in Australia and overseas. For purchases that require your PIN, enter your PIN when using your card for shopping or withdrawing funds at an ATM.

LOST OR STOLEN CARDS
If your Wayex card is lost or stolen, you can freeze your card immediately within the Card tab of the Wayex App. You can also contact our Customer Support team 24/7 for further assistance.
CARD EXPIRY
If you have been actively using your card within 3 months of expiry, you will be issued with a new card. Please ensure your address details are up to date by contacting Wayex Customer Support. You will be notified 2 months before your card expires. The expiry date is printed on the back of your Card
CARD LIMITATIONS
There are a few things to consider when using your card before:
Ensure you have activated it and have an available balance on your card.
Your card is limited to a transaction limit per transaction. Please see the Wayex website for details.
