There are two ways to reset your Wayex account password:
Through the Wayex app's landing page:
Go to the Wayex app landing page and tap on "Reset Your Password".
Enter your email address and tap on "Next".
You will receive an OTP (one-time pin) via SMS.
Enter the OTP in the app and tap on "Next".
Create a new password and confirm it.
Tap on "Next to complete the process.
Through the Accounts section of the Wayex app:
Open the Wayex app and sign in to your account.
Tap on the "Accounts" tab.
Look for "Settings" in the top middle of the screen.
Tap on "Password".
Enter your current password and New Password + Repeat New Password
Create a new password and confirm it.
Tap on "Proceed" to complete the process.
Tips for creating a strong password:
Use a combination of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
Make sure your password is at least 8 characters long.
Avoid using common words or phrases.
Do not use personal information, such as your name, birthday, or address.
