Depositing crypto has never been easier! You can deposit a variety of cryptocurrencies into your Wayex wallet.

Before making the deposit, please double check that you are using the correct crypto address and network to avoid losing your funds.

If you are unsure, please contact our live chat and we can assist you.

Let's see how the process looks like with the Wayex app:

1. On the home screen, tap on "Deposit"

2. Tap "Deposit Crypto"

3. Choose the cryptocurrency you'd like to deposit so the appropriate address will be generated.

4. Copy the address or scan the QR code (while using an external wallet app). Make sure you select the right address format for crypto deposits.

5. Once you've copied the address, paste it into the address field when sending crypto from your external wallet/crypto exchange wallet to Wayex. Alternatively, you can scan the QR code if you are sending from another mobile device with a camera.

6. Wait for your crypto to arrive. This can normally take between 10-20 minutes to arrive, depending on the cryptocurrency network.

7. Done! Once your deposit has arrived, you should see proof in the Transaction History on the home screen.

Important Note: While we do not charge any deposit fees, there might be withdrawal fees or network fees when sending from a crypto exchange or external wallet.

Additionally, when depositing crypto into the Wayex app, the displayed amount will include a 2-3% crypto-to-AUD transaction fee, although the charge hasn't been applied yet. This is to make payments more convenient and to provide clarity on your available spending balance.
