A Guide to Completing KYC Verification Check

After signing up, it's important to verify your account to access our services and the Wayex card. Be ready to provide personal information and proof of identity, such as a passport or driver's licence, for our Know-Your-Customer (KYC) ID verification check.


Here are the steps to get your account verified:

  1. Tap "Verify Now"

  2. Tap "Start Identity Verification"

  3. Type in your Personal Details & Tap "Next"

  4. Confirm your details and Tap Agree & proceed

  5. Tap Continue

  6. Upload your ID. For example, a photo of your Driver Licence

  7. Upload a photo of the back of your Driver Licence

  8. Check your image & Tap "Upload"

  9. If prompted, please enable your camera access on your mobile device

  10. You should receive a notification

  11. You can check your status within your app's landing page

  12. If all goes well, you should receive a notification.

What should I do if my verification was rejected?

If you haven't received a verification notification or received a rejection, please reach out to our live chat within the app or website. Our support team will guide you through the verification process.

Once verified, you can buy and sell crypto, order your Wayex Card, and start adding funds to your Wayex wallet using PayID or BSB & Account Number.
