This document sets out the terms and conditions (the "Terms") for the Fee Free Trading campaign (the "Campaign") offered by CryptoSpend PTY LTD (trading as Wayex) ("Wayex", ACN 630 245 813) for certain new Wayex clients provided the Terms being met.
The Campaign and its Terms are made available in connection with and in addition to the account Terms and Conditions (T&C’s) between Wayex and its clients. In case of any discrepancy between the Terms and the T&C’s, the T&C’s shall prevail. By participating in the Campaign, clients agree and accept the Terms in full.
Campaign Period
The Campaign runs from [12/02/2025] AEDT and it will continue until a date officially determined by Wayex (the "Campaign Period").
Wayex reserves the right to terminate the event in advance.
2. Eligibility and Participation
Participation in the Campaign is only open to Australian residents over the age of 18, who are:
New clients: who have not held any previous or existing accounts with Wayex; Or
The campaign applies from the date that the account is first created. To begin trading, each participant must complete account verification. Any time in between account creation and verification will be counted towards the valid period for the campaign on the customer account.
Each client is only entitled to only one set of Fee Free Trades. Existing Clients who register for additional accounts are not eligible to participate.
Each Eligible New Client must complete registration through the official website or application to participate in this Campaign. New clients who complete registration through other channels are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
Existing clients who have already opened an account with Wayex prior to the Campaign Period are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
Eligible New Clients who register for new accounts outside of the Campaign Period are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
3. Campaign details
Once an Eligible Client opens a new Wayex account, for the first 30 calendar days after account verification, the client shall receive:
Zero fees for advanced cryptocurrency trading
Zero fees for simple cryptocurrency trading
Zero fees for purchases using the Wayex Visa card when using cryptocurrencies
Zero fees when withdrawing account balance to an Australian bank account or PAYID
4. Other Terms and Conditions and Risk Warning
This Promotion is NOT an offer, recommendation or solicitation for the purchase or sale of any cryptocurrencies. It is not intended to be, nor does it constitute any form of financial advice.
Investing and/or trading in cryptocurrencies markets carries risks and may not be suitable for all investors. Clients willing to participate in the Campaign must read and understand Wayex's Terms and Conditions, Product Disclosure Statements, and other disclosure documents which are available on the Wayex website before making any investment decisions.
Wayex shall not assume any liability for any losses incurred to any clients in connection with the Promotion, however arising, including but not limited to losses incurred from trading.
Wayex may, at its discretion, vary, amend, delete and/or add on to any of the Terms, including, but not limited to, terminating the reward or promotion campaign at any time, without giving any reason or prior notice or assuming any liability to any client(s). All client(s) shall be bound by such variations, amendments, deletions and/or additions. Although Wayex is not obligated to provide prior notice, we will endeavour to serve you a notice of the change via email at least 30 calendar days before the campaign end date.
Zero trading fees is a non-physical brokerage fee rebate issued by Wayex to waive a certain amount of trading fee for certain types of trades. The waivers available for a specific period do not accumulate or carry forward to the next period if left unused.
The campaign does not apply to any fees that may incur from transferring cryptocurrency to or from a wallet external to Wayex.
Participants should seek advice from a tax professional for their personal circumstances. There may be other applicable taxes to consider. Participants are responsible for any tax consequences, if any, that may result from their participation in this Campaign.
5. Disclaimers
Any violation of these Terms might lead to free fees being cancelled, withdrawn, or claimed back, as applicable and at the discretion of Wayex.
New clients of this Campaign are not eligible to participate in any other ongoing or future promotions by Wayex unless otherwise stated by Wayex. Participants of this Campaign can participate in the Referral campaign at the same time.
Wayex reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prohibit any client from participating or continuing to participate in any aspect of the Campaign if Wayex deems or suspects that such a client has engaged in or has attempted to engage in any of the following: a) acting in violation of these Campaign Terms; b) damaging, tampering with or corrupting the operation of the Campaign; c) activity deemed in the sole discretion of Wayex to be inconsistent with the intended operation of the Campaign.
If any client is discovered to be ineligible for the Campaign for any reason, Wayex is entitled to at any time (i) forfeit, withdraw or withhold the Campaign at any time; or where the Campaign has been awarded and/or utilised (ii) reclaim the Campaign and/or deduct the utilized portion of the Campaign from the client’s account. In such an event, no person shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from Wayex.
The rewards are only claimable in situations when a new client registers and opens his/her first, new account and funds the account within the Campaign Period. The Campaign does not apply to registration or account opening completed outside the Campaign Period.
Wayex may, at its discretion, vary, amend, delete and/or add on to any of the Terms, including, but not limited to, terminating this Campaign at any time without giving any reason or prior notice or assuming any liability to any client(s), and all client(s) shall be bound by such variations, amendments, deletions and/or additions. Wayex shall be the sole determiner of the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions in its sole and absolute discretion. Wayex shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter into any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning this Campaign.
The Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and any dispute arising in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, except where such dispute falls under applicable arbitration rules.

In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Campaign, the Terms will prevail.
